Email has been one of the most consistent and impactful channels throughout my career, sitting at the intersection of brand storytelling, product messaging, and customer experience.
Across telecom, healthcare, and enterprise environments, I’ve helped evolve lifecycle email programs from isolated, one-off communications into scalable systems aligned with broader campaign narratives and digital ecosystems.
This work includes redesigning visual frameworks, improving hierarchy and readability, introducing modular components, and aligning email with web and product design standards. The examples below span both campaign-driven creative and foundational system work built for platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Oracle Eloqua.











RPO Optimizer
Optimizer is a modular email framework with over 174 components, dynamically pulled based on hyper-segmentation and customer service selections.
