Continuing to level up in the age of AI
Oct 15, 25
I was an early adopter of AI back at AT&T, and I’m noticing that senior creatives are turning into entire departments by leaning on AI to fill skill gaps.
That’s great for brainstorming and speed. But here’s the risk: without sharpening their own craft, many creatives end up looking the same. AI only gets better with strong guidance — and that comes from years of experience, taste, and judgment.
I’m finding i need to remind myself, at times, to continue growing in my weak areas in order to get superior results from the various AI platforms that we now use all day every day.
So my question: are you seeing the same thing? Are you finding to almost be creating more homework in the off hours? I find early mornings are now spent on my iPad sharpening my writing for example.
